Body Attack

Body Attack is a sports inspired cardio workout, perfect for for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. The class is fully optioned to cater for all fitness levels. You’ll experience intense sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. A high intensity circuit class based on boxing training techniques. A fantastic way to get into shape fast; BOX-A-CISE is as popular with the females as the males. You will feel an improvement to your cardiovascular fitness fast, as well as conditioning of the upper and lower body to provide a complete workout.

FIGHT CLUB

A circuit class where you work in pairs and work as hard as you wish to. Punching, skipping, bodyweight and weighted exeercises are all part of it.  The class is suitable for all - you choose how hard you want to push yourself. BEWARE - this class is SERIOUS FUN!!

Men’s Fitness

A great way to keep yourself fit and socialise at the same time. MENS' FITNESS consists of a general circuit followed by a competetive game. Relieve the stress of the week and keep your whole body conditioned with this all-round class.

Core Conditioning

A 30 minute workout dedicated to trimming your mid-section, suitable for all. No jumping around - a no impact workout.

STEP (booking essential)

An energizing workout that will make you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. A combination of conditioning tracks and the use of cardio blocks to push fat burning systems into high gear shape and tone your body.

X-Training

An intense strength, conditioning and core workout to push you to your limits! The class includes a technique clinic, choice of workouts which provide something for everyone! Booking isn’t necessary, just turn up and discover the ultimate workout!!

Gymnastics (Adults)

No experience is necessary to take part in this fun and energetic class! You can learn the basics and work at your own pace. Learn to perform handstand, back flips or just participate to achieve the body of a gymnast!

Gymnastics (Children 8+) ‘Drop and Shop’

This class is suitable and fun for all abilities, whether your child is just starting out and wishing to learn the basics, or more experienced seeking preparation for competitions! As a parent you can stay and watch the class or enjoy an hour to yourself!
